About us

Who we are

Enphasys provides services to evaluate the performance of oral (drug) formulations. Our aim is to accelerate drug development and to provide patients with well functioning and convenient oral drugs. We provide a range of state-of-the-art in vitro assays that evaluate the intestinal performance of various oral drug formulations.

Our invention - ENA

The enabling absorption (ENA) device is a new in vitro tool that captures the complex dynamics between digestion and absorption in the small intestine. The ENA correctly ranks in vivo performance of advanced formulations of any type and the assay also provides mechanistic information to guide further optimization. Put simply, the top performing formulation in the ENA analysis is the one producing the highest oral bioavailability in vivo.
